Goji berries are a plant-based superfood snack. Goji berries are a good source of potassium, fiber, protein and Iron. Goji Berries are eaten raw, cooked, or dried (like raisins). Goji berries are used in herbal teas, juices, wines, and medicines. Try them in your favorite trail mix, yogurt, and baking recipes.
Personally, I rehydrate them and use them as a smoothie ingredient. My sister likes to sprinkle them as a topping to her fruit parfait.
